General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of clothing products through the Untold SRL website.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.

The photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and may show slight differences compared to the delivered product.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

They include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are indicated before the final confirmation of the order.

4. Order

An order is considered final after:

• Payment validation;
• An order confirmation has been sent by email.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud or non-payment.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.

The available payment methods are indicated on the website.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to countries within the European Union.

Deliveries are carried out, in particular, by bpost.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond its control.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

Products must be returned:

• Unworn;
• Unwashed;
• In their original condition;
• With their original labels and packaging.

Return costs are covered by UntoldSway (see the Returns section).

The refund will be issued within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned items.

8. Defective Products

In the event of a lack of conformity or a hidden defect, the customer benefits from the legal guarantees provided under applicable legislation.

9. Liability

The seller’s liability is limited to the applicable legal obligations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, designs) remains the exclusive property of Untold SRL.

Any reproduction without prior authorisation is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those determined in accordance with applicable Belgian and European legislation.

12. Trademark Registration

The UntoldSway trademark is subject to an application for registration with the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

The brand name, logo, visuals, photographs, graphic designs and all content available on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, use, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
